This open plan, Modern Cooke and Lewis ‘Raffello’ full gloss kitchen has all the modern technologies including handless doors, a glass-fronted oven and grill with electronic ignition, CDA lift up extractor fan, integrated microwave oven with digital controls, a 5-burner gas hob with central ‘Wok’ burner, electronic ignition, ‘A+’ rated integrated 12 place setting dishwasher, and an ‘A+’ rated double door integrated fridge and freezer. There is plenty of space for cooking those special dinners and for entertaining friends and family with the Island unit/breakfast bar with 2 stools, the 40mm laminate worktops with matching upstands and the glass topped dining table with four chairs. Of course, the wine cooler is also a must!

With large glass doors on the front, you have a panoramic view of this picturesque area and our award-winning park. In the living area, there are two free-standing 2-3 seater sofas, with one that folds out as a handy double sized occasional bed. The feature wall has a contemporary Opti-myst® feature flame fire (no heat) which creates a tranquil ambience in the lodge. Above the fire feature, there is a Sony® 40" TV and Sky+ connection with HDMI cable including a Bose® sound system.

The twin bedroom has two comfortable single beds with ample room for storage. The luxurious master bedroom is located at the back of the lodge with a King-sized double bed with lift up storage, improved quality mattress and illuminated feature panel above the bed.

There is a discreet illuminated vanity area with a walk-in-wardrobe, hidden by mirrored sliding doors ideal for all of your essentials. The Master bedroom also has an en-suite with a large bath, stone effect vanity splashbacks and LED illuminated vanity mirrors with an infrared sensor and demisting pad.

Included in the price there’s a readily built decking where you can enjoy the sunshine and nature that surrounds you. In the evening after a long day exploring this incredible area, why not jump your private hot tub and watch the sunset over the Aran and Berwyn Mountain ranges.
