Tourism is a significant part of the UK economy. There has been sustained growth in the industry over the last few years even though the country has been facing austerity and cutbacks. Travelling abroad is becoming more expensive which means holiday destinations in the UK have been growing in demand.
What a lovely peaceful place to stay, lodge was very good and hot tub excellent located near to Bala lake, perfect to get away from it all. There is no shop on site but its a short drive to Bala town centre to get basics small independent shops although there is a co-op store. We loved our stay and would like to return.
